All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ Rites Held Yesterday For Mrs. Annie Spivey Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Hayes Spivey, who died Wednesday in Patrick Henry Hospital following a long illness, were conducted yesterday afternoon at the Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. George Lightner. Mrs. Anne Joyner, accompanied by Mrs. Webb Pinner, sang, "Lead Kindly Light." The pall was of pink roses, pink snapdragons and lavender pom-poms. Burial was in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Gwynn, Moody Stallings, C.D. Andrews, Verlie Evans, F.E. Berrie, Paul Jones, L.H. Alphin and O.L. Hines. Annie L.
