SPIVEY CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Hurley Napoleon Spivey, 60, died Thursday. A native of Windsor, Va., he was a son of Napoleon and Mrs. Mary Babb Spivey and the husband of Mrs. Ethel Daub Spivey. Surviving, besides his wife, are a son, James Hurley Spivey of Charlotte; two sisters, Mrs. E.D. Howell of Smithfield and Mrs. G.E. Ballard of Windsor; a brother, Grafton R. Spivey of Windsor; and one grandchild. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in I.O. Hill & Company Funeral Home, Suffolk, conducted by the Rev. Donald E. Trump. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk. The family will be at the home of Mrs. G.E. Hill & Co. Funeral Home, by the Rev. Donald E. Trump, Suffolk. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gerald Howell, Maurice Howell, Bernard Hyman, Emuel Ballard, Maurice Arnold Rhodes and Everett Spivey. Spivey, 60, died Thursday in a hospital. A native of Windsor, Va., he was a son of Napoleon and Mrs. Mary Babb Spivey and the husband of Mrs. Ethel Daub Spivey. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, James Hurley Spivey of Charlotte; two sisters, Mrs. E.D. Howell of Smithfield and Mrs. G.E. Ballard of Windsor; a brother, Grafton R. Spivey of Windsor, and a grandchild.
