[Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., August 10.- William J. Steele, a well-to-do farmer of Nansemond county, died this afternoon at his home, near Hill's Point, aged seventy-nine. Five daughters and one son survive him. The deceased was a native of Ireland and had resided in Virginia thirty-five years. William J.
