WILLIAM ROY SHELTON

Wm. R. Shelton Dies
In Pitt Hospital

William Roy Shelton, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. T. Shelton, of Whaleyville, died 
yesterday in the Pitts County community hospital, Greensville, N.C.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday in Whaleyville at 3:30.  Burial will 
be in the church cemetery, is survived by three brothers, Frank Shelton, of 
Rocky Mount, N.C.,

Besides his parents, Mr. Shelton, Nathan and Ernest Shelton, both of 
Whaleyville; two sisters, Mrs. Morris Cliffel, of Utica, N.Y., and Alice Joy 
Shelton, of Whaleyville.
