Smith, aged 60, died at midnight at his home on Bank street from injuries suffered in an automobile accident several weeks ago. Besides his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by five sons, Raleigh Smith, of Philadelphia; Milton B. Smith, of Portsmouth, and Lewis Woodrow and Frank Smith, of Suffolk; two brothers, J.B. Smith, of Carrollton, Isle of Wight County, and Robert L. Smith, of Newport News; and two sisters, Mrs J.L. Bond, of Carrollton, and Mrs. M.L. Parker of Portsmouth. Edward W. SMITH, merchant, b.
