He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Rosa Brooks, Portsmouth, Mrs. Christine Branton of Goldsboro, N.C., Mrs. Essie Smith and Mrs. Pattie Brinkley of Nansemond County; two brothers, C.P. and J.G. Saunders of Portsmouth; several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the Hill Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. R.E. Brittle. Burial will take place in the Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery.
