George S. Lightner, pastor of Main Street Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk. Mrs. Simmons died suddenly Monday at 6:30 p.m. at her home in Boykins. She is a member of Main Street Methodist Church, Suffolk, and has lived in Boykins for four years. Before going to Boykins she had previously lived in Norfolk. She was a daughter of the late Abram Wilroy and Mrs. Josephline Holloway Wilroy, of Nansemond County. She is survived by her husband, Henry Bernard Simmons, Boykins; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia W. Simpson, Richmond; Mrs. Della W. Kittrell, Portsmouth, and Mrs. Page W. Brock, Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews. ****************************************************************************** MRS. RUTH W. She was a daughter of the late Abram Wilroy and Mrs. Josephine Holloway Wilroy, of Nansemond County. She is survived by her husband, Henry Bernard Simmons, Boykins; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia W. Simpsons, Richmond; Mrs. Della W. Kittrell, Portsmouth, and Mrs. Page W. Brock, Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Main Street Methodist Church, Suffolk.
