Brittle, pastor of the Bethlehem Christian Church, and the Reverend Robert P. Chappell, pastor of the South Quay Baptist Church. Burial was in Holly Lawn Cemetery [sic*]. Mrs. Webb Pinner accompanied Mills Luter, Harvey Harrell, Jessie Mizelle and Paul Parker as they sang "Where We Never Grow Old" and "Sweet By and By." The pall was of pink and white roses. Pallbearers were Dr. E.C. Joyner, Dr. L.H. Rawls, Jr., Robert D. March, Jr., Arthur Wilkinson, Clyde Howell, Obid [sic; Obie] Duke, Warren Austin and Clifford Austin. Elila L.
