ANNIE CARR TITUS

   SUFFOLK, Sept. 29 - Mrs. Annie Carr Titus, 70, of Richmond and Suffolk, 
died today at 11 a.m. in a Richmond hospital.

   She was the widow of Harry J. Titus and the daughter of Junius and Martha 
Ballard Carr of Isle of Wight County.  She was a member of the Suffolk 
Christian Church.

   She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Titus Eubank of Richmond, and 
a sister, Mrs. Ruth C. Clark of Suffolk, and nieces and nephews.

   The body was taken to the R.W. Baker Funeral Home, where services will be 
conducted Monday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. George D. Alley of the Suffolk 
Christian Church.  Burial will be buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Annie & Harry m. 1908, separated 1916, & divorced 1939.  He was a native of 
   Indianapolis, IN. 

Their son Harry Jr. drowned 16 Jun 1918.
