JOHNNIE ODOM TOMLIN

John O. Tomlin died at his home in Nansemond County near Franklin on Christmas 
Day, after an illness of several months duration.  His wife preceded him to 
the grave about three years ago and he is survived by his father, two brothers 
and three sisters.  The funeral was held from Mt. Carmel Christian Church by 
Dr. C.H. Rowland of Franklin with interment in the church cemetery.
