RICHARD HENRY TURLINGTON 

    RICHARD H. TURLINGTON 

  Suffolk, Va., Dec 7. - The funeral of Richard Henry Turlington, who died at 
his home near Deans, Va., was held today at 2:30 o'clock at Bethlehem 
Christian church, conducted by Rev. H.H. Butler.  The pall-bearers were J.V. 
Redd, D.E. Rabey, W.I. Harris, E.K. Rabey, H.S. Waddell, H.T. Taylor. 
Interment was in Bethlehem cemetery.

He shares a gravestone with his parents, John William & Margaret Ann

His father was a Confederate soldier, having served several months in the 
   militia at the beginning of the war.  His obits ("Virginian-Pilot,"
