West Infant, Succumbs FRANKLIN - Ralph Edward West, 17-day-old son of William Phillip [sic; Phillips] and Jane Lovelle Horton West, died at 7 a.m. Saturday at the home in Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. R.E. Brittle, pastor of Bethlehem Christian Church. The funeral procession will leave the Hill Funeral Home at 1:45 p.m. Besides his parents, the infant is survived by a sister, Janet Louvelle West; three brothers, William P. West Jr., H. Owen West and Randy Horton West, all of the home; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Wolfly [sic; Wolfley] of Whaleyville, and his paternal grandfather, William E.
