Wm. Thos. West, 66 Buried March 25 In Suffolk Cemty. 

  William Thomas West, 66, of Route 3, Suffolk, a retired farmer, died in a 
local hospital Friday, March 23, 1962 at 7:15 P.M. 

  A son of William H. and Betty Lankford West, he was an Isle of Wight County 
native. 

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Linda Heffington West of Nansemond County; 
a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Mansfield of Nansemond; three sons, Thomas Edward 
West and J.W. West of Smithfield and Raymond West of Suffolk; two brothers, 
Lankford West and J.E. West of Smithfield; a sister, Mrs. Marion Chapman of 
Smithfield, and six grandchildren. 

  A funeral service was conducted in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home Sunday, 
March 26, at 2:30 P.M. with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. 

  The family gathered at the home of C.W. Wright, 211 York Street.
