All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ ARTHUR THOMPSON WOOLFORD Arthur Thompson Woolford, 48, of 210 22d Street, Virginia Beach, died of a heart attack at his home yesterday at 5:08 a.m. A native of Suffolk, he had resided at Virginia Beach eight years. He was a son of the late Arthur and Mrs. Zusie Withers Woolford. He was employed at the Little Creek terminals. He was a member of Hiram Lodge No. 340, A.F. & A.M. of Suffolk, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Suffolk. In addition, his wife, Mrs. Mary Hudgins Woolford, he is survived by two sons, Lannie Bernard Woolford and Arthur M. Godfrey; two brothers, John R. Woolford, of Philadelphia, and A. Withers Woolford, of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Miss Nancy P. Woolford, of Suffolk, and Mrs. M. Raine, of Chuckatuck. The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. (E.S.T.) at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Suffolk. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk.
