Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church by the Rev. John C. Mitchell, pastor. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The body will be taken from the Hill Funeral Home to the church at 2:45 p.m. A member of the First Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Joe Bob and Etta Mae Nelms Joyner of Nansemond County. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Wilkins of the home; a daughter, Mrs. J.S. Barnes Jr. of Danville; two sons, Eugene Wesley Wilkins of DeLand, Fla., and Fred Earl Wilkins of the home; three sisters, Mrs. K.E. Lester and Mrs. Nancy Joyner of San Rafael, Calif., and Mrs. Otis Parker of Portsmouth; a brother, Wilsie Joyner of Hampton and three grandchildren.
