OPHER BAILEY WILKINSON 

   WINDSOR - Funeral services for Mrs. Opher Bailey Wilkinson, 74, of Windsor 
was held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Windsor Congregational Christian Church by 
the Rev. W.H. Grissom.  Burial was at Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, with 
Baker Funeral Home of Suffolk in charge.

   She died Thursday in a Richmond hospital.  The widow of William Samuel 
Wilkinson of Windsor, she was a daughter of Charles Washington Bailey and 
Mrs. Indiana Harrell Bailey of Windsor.

   Surviving are a son, William Bailey Wilkinson of Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. 
Elizabeth W. Mayo of Newport News; a sister, Mrs. J.C. Roberts of Windsor; and 
a grandson, James W. Mayo of Newport News.
