Walters Buried at Whaleyville Funeral services for William Borland Walters, who died Wednesday, were conducted Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Whaleyville Methodist Church by the Rev. Harvey Nicholson, pastor and the Rev. Herbert Hall, former pastor. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Hall read Tennyson's poem "Crossing the Bar" and Mr. Nicholson read the poem "Should You Go First." Mrs. W.W. Jakeman sang "Goodnight Beloved." A trio composed of Mrs. Jakeman, Mrs. Hugh R. Horton and Mrs. F.O. Clark sang "The Old Rugged Cross." Pallbearers were W.S. Walters, Robert Walters, Seth Walters, Walter Graves, Whitman Graves, Frank Walters, F.O. Clark and George Matthews.
