MATILDA HOLLAND WILLIAMS

   HOLLAND - Mrs. Tillye Holland Williams, 86, a former Suffolk resident, died 
early Wednesday in the home of her nephew, Waverly N. Holland.

   She was the widow of John G. Williams and daughter of Hardy J. and Mrs. 
Louisa Jones Holland of Holland.  She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church.

   In addition to her nephew, she is survived by a stepson, J. Claiborne 
Williams of Los Angeles, and a sister, Mrs. Mamie Holland of Holland.

   A funeral service will be conducted in Holland Cemetery Friday at 11 a.m. 
by her pastor, the Rev. George D. Alley, and the Rev. C. Carl Dollar of 
Holland Christian Church.

   The funeral procession will leave Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, for the 
cemetery at 10:45 a.m.
