Broad St. died Friday at noon in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital after a two-months illness. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of William Thomas and Mrs. Sally Rebecca Eley Whitehead and the widow of George K. Williams Sr., who died two months ago. She was a member of Oxford Methodist Church, Eley Bible Class, and Women's Society for Christian Service. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L.L. Doughty of Franklin and Mrs. H.C. Davis, Jr. of Suffolk; a son, George K. Williams, Jr., of Suffolk; three sisters, Mrs. S.W. Gardner of Franklin, Mrs. Otelia Story of Courtland and Mrs. C.E. Gerringer of Sedley; four brothers, W.T. Whitehead of Franklin and Elmo Whitehead, W. Leland Whitehead and Roy R. Whitehead of Courtland; and seven grandchildren. A funeral services was conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. J.C. Weaver of Oxford Methodist Church. Burial was in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Viola Adele (WHITEHEAD; Mrs. George K.
