The funeral of the late Mrs. William S.N. Wright took place at 2 o'clock to-day from the home place, three miles from Suffolk. The Rev. H.H. Butler preached it. The burial was at home. These were pall-bearers: B.C. Roberts, Tobe Gray, H.H. Williams, Thomas J. Saunders, J.M. Nelms, M.J. Williams. Mrs. Wright was 72 years old. She died yesterday morning. The deceased was the mother of fourteen children, seven of whom are living, and twenty seven grandchildren, of whom seventeen are alive. Suffolk, March 3. - The funeral of Mrs. W.S.N. Wright, who died at the home of her husband, near Providence Church, about three miles from Suffolk, yesterday, took place from the house this afternoon at 2 o'clock and the remains were interred in the family burying ground a short distance from the house. Mrs. Wright was 72 years and 6 months of age at the time of her death, the mother of fourteen children, seven of whom survive her. She had twenty-seven grandchildren, seventeen of whom survive her. Rev. H.H. Butler conducted the funeral services and the following gentlemen acted as pallbearers: Messrs. Tobe Gray, B.C. Roberts, J.M. Nelms, T.J. Saunders, H.H. Williams and M.J. Williams.
