JESSIE LEE STEPHENSON WARREN 

  SUFFOLK -  Mrs. Jesse Lee Stephenson Warren, 78, died Thursday at 7 a.m. 
in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Mary Belle Stephenson, after a long illness.

  She was a member of Western Branch Church.  She was the widow of Joseph 
Wesley Warren and daughter of John W. and Martha Virginia Archer Stephenson 
of Nansemond County.

  Surviving, besides her daughter, with whom she lived are two to other 
daughters, Mrs. Virginia Williams of Windsor and Mrs. Gladys Marie Jones of 
Suffolk; a son, Paul S. Warren of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Ballie Holland, 
and a brother, John Stephenson, both of Windsor; 12 grandchildren and 10 
great-grandchildren.

  A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Hill Funeral 
Home by the Rev. L.C. Landrum Jr. and the Rev. Donald E. Trump.  Burial will 
be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
