Brinkley was admitted to probate in the county clerk's office today, being presented by John W. Brinkley, executor. The real and personal property of the deceased is left to his children. His chattel property and growing crops on the home place are left to his son, Joseph Brinkley, who must provide for his mother and sister, who are to remain on the home place. The rest of his property is divided equally. $25 each is left to Julian Brinkley and Mollie Deloatch [sic; Daniels Roach].
