N. CAMP RECORDED IN SUFFOLK Suffolk, Va., March 3. - The will of William N. Camp of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Suffolk, has been recorded in Nansemond county clerk's office. William N Camp, Jr., gets 2,600 acres of land in Manatee county, Fla., for life, and at his death it goes to his children. Twenty-five per cent of the profits of this property go to a daughter, Miss Leta Camp, and William N. Camp, Jr., and Miss Leta Camp are bequeathed all of the testator's orange groves and lands in Sumter County, Fla. Robert C. Camp and Mrs. Sallie Camp Fitch inherit one-half of all mineral lands and rights in Nelson county, Va. William N. Camp, Jr., and Miss Leta Camp are given all mineral rights in Rhea and Polk counties, Tenn., for life. Robert C. Camp gets a water power site in Saluda county, S.C. Clarence Camp gets a one-fifth interest in the Dismal Swamp lands in Nansemond and Norfolk counties, Va. William N. Camp, Jr., and Jack Camp get a one-fifth interest together in the same Dismal Swamp lands. The widow, Mrs. Texanna Camp, is bequeathed all the deceased's farm lands in Nansemond and Isle of Wight counties, Va. She also gets all of the testator's stock in the Camp Manufacturing Company of Franklin, Va. All stock in the following companies is given to Clarence, Robert G [sic; C]., Jack and William N. Camp, Jr., to hold as trustees: Camp Phosphate Company, Florida Power Company, and the Albion Mining and Manufacturing Company. The widow is to receive $10,000 a year income during her natural life. The following daughters are to receive an income of not less than $5,000 a year: Lucy M. Camp Armstrong, Sallie Camp Fitch and Leta Camp. At least $1,000 a year, possibly more, will be paid to the following charities: Baptist Orphans' Home, Salem, Va.; Baptist Orphans' Home, Arcadia, Fla.; Charity Hospital, Ocala, Fla. The Baptist church at Ocala, Fla., gets $500 a year. Each of the deceased's daughters gets $1,000 a year to be used in charity as they may elect. Each of the daughters of a brother, Dr. B.F. Camp, gets a yearly income of $1,000. After the above bequests are paid, the surplus income will be divided among all sons and daughters up to $20,000 a year each. The surplus above this, up to $5,000 a year, will be distributed to such other charities as the children may select. The surplus from the income then left is divided among all children equally. Lucy M. Camp Armstrong gets all the deceased's stock in the Mutual Mining Company of Florida. It is directed that the shares of corporation stock owned by the testator shall be held together at least thirty years. The residue of the estate is bequeathed to all children share and share alike. All of the sons are appointed trustees and executors. The testament was signed April 12, 1911, in the presence of J. Corstens, M.S. Lanier and Frank Drake.
