HOLLADAY ADMITTED TO PROBATE. Suffolk Bureau. Suffolk, Va., June 12. - The will of the late Mrs. Judith Beverly Hunter Holladay was probated today. Mrs. Katie B.H. Pretlow and J.E.B. Holladay qualified respectively as executrix and executor. Bond was given in $50,000 without surety. The size of the bond has reference only to the personal property of the deceased, no bond being required on the real estate. Though Mrs. Holladay was worth a considerable estate and had frequent transactions, she died without a cent. The last will was signed on March 25th of this year in the presence of Rev. Joseph B. Dunn and Dr. C.J. Riddick. The estate is left to the four children of the deceased - the two named as executrix and executor, Justice John C. Holladay and Frank A. Holladay.
