G. WEBB. Last Testament of Man Who Voted for Both Harrisons for President. [Special to The Times-Dispatch.] SUFFOLK, VA., January 21.- The will of the late Samuel Gibson Webb, who recently died at the age of ninety years, and who was one of the few men then living who had voted for both Harrisons as Presidents of the United States, was probated in the Nansemond county clerk's office. State Senator E.E. Holland, of Suffolk, and John B. Webb, of Disputanta, Va., qualified as executors, and gave separate bonds in $50,000 each without surety. The estate is devised to the widow, children and grandchildren. The testament was signed September 10, 1904, in the presence of R.H. Rawles, J.P. Lee and B.E. Holland. There are two codicils made following the deaths of two sons, and signed respectively October 28, 1905, and April 5, 1907.
