Thacker Cemetery Location: 2.5 miles east of Arrington, Virginia on Route #655 about 3/8 mile to northeast of highway, turn off of highway at Duncard Church. Nelson County, Virginia DATE: 1818. OWNERS: (blank) DESCRIPTION: This slab is of soapstone about 2.5 inches thick, 18 inches wide and 18 inches high, engraving seems to have been done with hand tools and is very neatly done.
