Cemetery Location:  2 miles west of Faber, Virginia on Route #6.  Graveyard is 
                    near house on east side of road.
                    Nelson County, Virginia

177-, date of the only inscription.

OWNERS:

Guthrie Thurmond and his descendants.

DESCRIPTION:

The graveyard is just a few yards from the house on a little hill.  There was 
once a high stone wall around the graveyard but it has fallen down.  Inside this 
wall there are about twenty graves, but there are no markers to tell who is 
buried here.  There is only one with an inscription and this stone is broken and 
only part of it can be read, as follows:
