Anderson and Jacob D. Farrar, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in the just and full sum of two hundred and fifty dollars, current money to the payment of which will and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and each of us, and each of our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally, firmly by these presents and we waive the benefit of our Homestead Exemptions as to this Bond sealed with our seals and dated the 26th day of February, 1883. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound R. T. Anderson, who was by the Judge of Nelson County Court appointed guardian of R. L. Anderson of William J. Anderson, deceased and under the age of fourteen years, shall faithfully discharge the duties of his said office or trust - then the above obligation to be void - Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
