The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage intended shortly to be had and solemnized between the above bound Jno Trusler and Elizabeth Dunning now if there should be no legal cause to obstruct the said marriage then the above obligation to be void or else to remain in full force and virtus.
