Camden and John F. Camden are held and firmly bound unto Wiatt Camden and George G. Wright administrators of John Camden, deceased, in the just and full sum of one thousand dollars current money of Virginia value received to which payment we bind ourselves jointly and severally, our joint and several heirs, executors, and administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 23rd day of March 1830. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the said James F. Camden who is one of the said distributees of the said John Camden, deceased, shall, will, and truly refund to the said Wiatt Camden and George G. Wright administrators aforesaid, his due proportion of all debts which may be hereafter recovered against the said administrators and shall save them from injury on account thereof then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue. The condition of this obligation is such that if the said Chappell Davenport who is one of the distributees of the said John Camden, deceased, shall, will, and truly refund to the said Wiatt Camden and George G. Wright administrators aforesaid, his due proportion of all debts which may be hereafter recovered against the said administrators and shall save them from injury on account thereof then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
