  CHARL0TTESVILLE -- Odell Cleveland Allen, 71, formerly of Rt. 1, Stuarts Draft, 
died on Friday (May 12, 1995) at the residence of his daughter, Vicki Richardson, 
at 122 Westerly Ave.
  He was born at Nelson County on July 4,1923, a son of Grover Cleveland and 
Elvira Davis (Hite) Allen.
  In addition to Mrs. Richardson, surviving are three additional daughters, Pam 
Stiltner and Darlene Minter, both of Charlottesville, and Linda Courtney of 
Orlando, Fla.; two sons, Ricky of Palmyra and Wayne Allen of Tappahannock; a 
brother, Saylor Allen of Stuarts Draft; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and 
nephews.
  A service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Stuarts Draft chapel of Etter 
Funeral Home by the Rev. Jerry Hopkins, with burial at Haynes Chapel Cemetery.
  Pallbearers will be Ricky, Manley and Everette Allen, Demetrius Richardson, 
Sonny Taylor, Herbert Campbell and Alex Berry.
  The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
