  Penelope Lavinda Andrake, 52, of 216 Forest Ave., died Monday (July 22, 1991) 
at her home.
  She was born Dec. 12, 1938, in Waynesboro, a daughter of Dorothy Rife Puckett 
of Waynesboro and the late Irvin C. Puckett Sr. (of Nelson County).
  She attended Waynesboro High School and was a graduate of the Staunton School of 
Cosmetology.
  In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Michael Andrake Jr.; 
a son, Christopher Edward Andrake of Waynesboro; a daughter, Michele Lee Raines of 
Waynesboro; a brother, Irvin Curtis Puckett Jr. of Waynesboro; two grandchildren; 
and two nephews.
  A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Augusta Memorial 
Park by the Rev. James Joiner.
  The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in McDow Funeral Home.
