OBITUARY: James Edison Bradley, 1993 SOURCE: unknown newspaper CONTRIBUTOR: Carol Harlow ------------------------------------------------------ James Edison Bradley, 86, of Amherst, died Tuesday, May 4, 1993, in Akron, Ohio. He was the husband of the late Joney Lawhorne Bradley. Born Jan. 13, 1907, in Montebello, he was a son of the late James Pamplin and Ella Ramsey Bradley. He was a member and deacon of Midway Baptist Church, retired co-owner of J.P. Bradley & sons Lumber Company, a member and Past Master of Mt. Pleasant Masonic Lodge No. 84 and Past Deputy Grand Master of Distric No. 21. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. David (Agnes) Kruggel of Litchfield, Ohio, and Mrs. Robert (Shirley) O'Brien of Richmond; one sister, Mrs. Loree Mays of Amherst; three brothers, Elbert C. Bradley and T. Worth Bradley, both of Amherst, and L. Mason Bradley of Vesuvius; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Driskill Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
