M. H. Campbell
  MINERAL - Manley Howard Campbell, 67, of Route 2, formerly of Waynesboro, died 
early Tuesday morning in Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville. 
  He was born in Montebello, Nelson County, on Sept. 5, 1914, a son of the late 
Jessie James and Alice Laura Painter Campbell. 
  Mr. Campbell was a retired steamfitter with the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 
No. 10 of Richmond. He was a member of the Brethren church.
  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Pearl Elizabeth (Taylor) Campbell; five sons; 
Dennis M. Campbell of Gastonia, NC., Roger H. Campbell of Grottoes, Jesse J. 
Campbell and Benny R. Campbell, both of Waynesboro, and Randy J. Campbell of 
Crimora; one daughter, Mrs. Robert S. (Judy) Adams of Madison Heights; one brother, 
Melvin R. Campbell of Sumter, S.C.; one sister, Mrs. Norman L. (Rachael) Farris of 
Lynchburg; nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
  A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel of Etter Funeral Home, 
conducted by the Rev. A.P. Underwood, with burial in Riverview Cemetery.
  Active pallbearers will be Donnie Johnson, Bobby Sipe, Gary Barnhart, Bernie 
Barnhart, Melvin Via and Donnie Miller.
  Honorary pallbearers will be members of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No.10 of 
Richmond.
  The family' will receive friends at the residence of Roger H. Campbell, Forest 
Ave., Grottoes, and from 7 to 8 this evening in Etter Funeral Home.
