Obituary: Arlene H.Critzer, 2002 Source: The Charlottesville Daily Progress: Contributor: Ronnie Fitzgerald ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Arlene H.Critzer Arlene Hart Hall Critzer of Scottesville died Monday, April 1, 2002, at home Born March 24, 1925, in Schuyler, she was the daughter of the late Archie James Hall and Gertrude Mae Allen Hall. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Charlie Crozet Critzer; a son Ronal Edward Critzer; and four brothers, Lester, Carlton, Robert and Clyde Hall. Survivors include one son, Dale L. Critzer and his wife, Lori; two grandsons, Christopher and Stewart Critzer; one great-grandson, Christopher Jacob Critzer, all of Palmyra; two brothers, Ranklin Hall of Schuyler and Aldon Hall of Colorado; and four sisters, Margaret Adams and Shirley Tippett of North Carolina, and Bernice Butler and Kathleen Hall both of Richmond. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Thacker Brothers Funeral Home, Scottesville, with the Rev. H. Courtney Powell Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Alberene Cemetery. The family will receive friends from7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
