Nettie M. Glass, 88

  WEST AUGUSTA - Nettie Meeks Glass, of 53 Deerfield Valley Road, died 
Wednesday (May 29, 2002) at her home.  Born: Jan. 14,1914, at Nelson County, 
to William R. and Adeline (Fitzgerald) Meeks.  Career: She was a retired 
dental assistant for Dr. James Hill at Charlottesville.  Preceded in death by: 
her husband, Charlie A. Glass.  Survivors: a daughter, Arlene Hensley of West 
Augusta; a son, Warren Wayne Glass of Troy; and a foster son, Richard Lee Meeks 
of Union, W. Va.  Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Bear Funeral Home. Burial: after 
the service at West Augusta Cemetery.  Visitation: from 7 to 8 this evening at 
the funeral home.
