Obituary: Beulah Belle (Thompson) Kirby, 1997 Source: Unknown newspaper Contributor: Dennis Truslow -------------------------------------------------------------- CROZET - Beulah Belle Kirby, 76, died Friday (April 4, 1997) in a Charlottesville hospital. She was born March 12, 1921, in Nellysford, a daughter of Henry Nicholas and Fannie Lee Puckett Thompson. She was retired from Acme Visible Records Inc. of Crozet and was a member of Western Albemarle Rescue Squad. She is survived by three sons, William R. Small and Douglas L. Small, both of Crozet, and Larry E. Small of Waynesboro; one brother, Jessie W. Thompson of Crozet; one sister, Katherine Maupin of Jersey City, NJ; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Rockgate Cemetery, Crozet, by the Rev. Rodney Knicely. Friends may be received from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Anderson Funeral Home.
