Martin LOVINGSTON - Freddie Hopkins Martin, 60, died unexpectedly Thursday at his home. Born in Nelson County, he was the son of James Otis and Fannie Wood Martin. He was a member of Adial Baptist Church, Fleetwood Harmony Masonic Lodge No. 92 AF&AM, and a veteran of WWII. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Seay Martin; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Reese of Richmond, Mrs Reginald Dawson of White Sulphur Springs, West VA, Mrs. Jim Duncan of Faber and Mrs. Lynn Kennedy of Covesville; three brother, Aubrey and Charles Martin of Richmond and William Martin of Alexandria. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Oak Hill Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
