Obituary: Massie Lee Napier, died April 7, 1984 Source: Unknown Newspaper Contributor: Dennis Truslow ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FABER - Massie Lee Napier, 42 of Route 2, died early Saturday morning. He was born in Nellysford on Feb. 27, 1942, a son of Mrs. Lillie Puckett Napier of Faber and the late S.C. (Sir Cashus) Napier. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was an electrician in the engineering department at the Du Pont Co. plant in Waynesboro. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Carole Hughes Napier; two daughters, Cynthia Lynn Napier and Sandra Kay Napier; three brothers, James Frank Napier and Norman R. Napier, both of Nellysford and Roy M. Napier of Waynesboro; one sister, Mrs. Fred (Audrey) Reed of Nellysford; and a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Waynesboro Chapel of Etter Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Cecil Rhodes and Bishop Paul Fox. Burial will follow in Wintergreen Christian Church Cemetery.
