  Louise Spencer Napier, 75, of Madison Heights, died Thursday, Sept. 
26, 2002 at her residence. 
  She was born Jan. 8, 1927 in Nelson County and retired from Central 
Virginia Training Center. 
  Surviving are a daughter, Shirley Knott Massie and her husband, 
Harold Massie Sr. of Madison Heights; a son, Wayne Napier of Evington; 
a grandson, Jonathan Wayne Napier of Lynchburg; a sister, Fannie Mae 
Brooks of Lynchburg, also nieces and nephews. 
  A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 in 
Spring Hill Cemetery with Dr. Wendell Taylor Wright officiating. 
  The family will be at her daughters residence, 128 Orchard Drive, 
Madison Heights. 
  Whitten Monelison Chapel is assisting the family with services.
