  Faber - Mrs. Lacy Lee Truslow Patrick, 79, of Faber died Saturday afternoon in 
Waynesboro Community Hospital.  She was the widow of Sidney James Patrick.
  Born in Nelson County, She was a daughter of Joseph Truslow and Minerva Ann 
Thompson Truslow. She was a member of Beech Grove Christian Church. 
  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Homer Weaver (Lelia) of Waynesboro; three 
sons James W. Patrick of Roseland, William G. Patrick of Nellysford and John R 
Patrick of Greenfield; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-
great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Tuesday in 
Preston Parr Funeral Chapel, Roseland, by the Rev. J. D. Farries and Ralph Hyder. 
Burial will be in Beech Grove Christian Church Cemetery. The family will be at the 
funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
  She was entered into Eternal Rest Saturday Oct. 28, 1972
