Seaman GREENVILLE - Mrs. Helen Fitzgerald Seaman, 66, of Route 1, Greenville, died early Monday morning (Sept. 3, 1984) in Waynesboro Community Hospital. She was born at Montebello Dec. 30, 1917, a daughter of Dorsey and Eulia (Campbell) Fitzgerald. She was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, L.V. Seaman Jr. of Vesuvius, Charles D. Seaman and Freddie G. Seaman, both of Montebello; three daughters, Mrs. Garland (Linda) Grimm and Mrs. Steve (Amy) Kehrer, both of Raphine, and Mrs. Robert (Sarah) Lawrence of Waynesboro; two brothers, John Fitzgerald of Montebello and Emery Fitzgerald of Stuarts Draft; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Amy) Bradley of Staunton; 10 grand-children, Tammy Mills, Mollie Thacker, Michael Thacker, Kenny Bryant, Willie Kehrer, Romona Seaman, Marie Seaman, Maxwell Seaman, Karri Seaman, Joshua Seaman and one step- grandson, Joshua Mills, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one grandson and two brothers, Fulton Fitzgerald and Paulus Fitzgerald. Her husband, Loven Vernon Seaman, died Sept. 4, 1980. A service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mt. Paran Baptist Church by the Revs. John Ward and Eugene C. Campbell. Burial will be in the church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Edsel Fitzgerald, Edgar Fitzgerald, Calvert Fitzgerald, Wayne Fitzgerald, Elvin Fitzgerald and Duiane Fitzgerald. Honorary pallbearers will be women of Mt. Paran Baptist Church and friends attending the service. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Mt. Paran Cemetery Committee or Fairfield First Aid Crew.
