Obituary: Gary Gregory Stevens, 2003 Source: The Daily Progress, February 13, 2003 Contributor: Dennis Truslow -------------------------------------------------------------------- Gary Gregory Stevens, 50, of Indian Creek Road, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at the Lovingston Health Care Center. Born Sept. 13, 1952, in Charlottesville, he was a son of the late Susie Anna Stevens. He was a Timber Cutter and Lumberman most of his adult life in Nelson County. He is survived by his sisters, Garnette Wheeler and her husband, Lloyd, of Amherst, Annette Ford and her husband, Bobby, of Chattam; his brother, James Albert Stevens and his wife, Joan of Euless, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel, Lovingston, with the Rev. Randy Harlow officiating. Interment will take place in Centenary Memorial Cemetery at Arrington. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and all other times at the home of Garnette and Lloyd Wheeler. The family suggests that memorials take the form of contributions to the Roseland Rescue Squad, P.O.
