Swartzentruper, 75 of Schuyler died suddenly at his home on Saturday. He was a retired educator and minister He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fannie Y. Swartzentruper of Schuyler; three sons, Homer Swartzentruper of Ship shew ana, Ind., James Swartzentruper of Indonesia, Dale Swartzentruper of Keene; four daughters, Mrs Thelma Chow of Lynchburg, Mrs. Alice Raiford of Spartanburg, S.C., Miss Alice Swartzentruper of Spartanburg, S.C., Mrs. Nancy Lapp of Goshen, Ind,; a foster daughter, Mrs. Mae Evans of Harrisonburg; 21 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Rehoboth Mennonite Church in Schuyler at 2 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Paul T. Yoder, interment will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Wycliff Bible Translators, the Mennonite Disaster Service or charity of your choice. The family will receive friends at Thacker Bros.
