Mrs. Thomas W. Thompson
  Mrs. Mary Jane Thompson, wife of Thomas W. Thompson, (formally of Nelson County), 
died Thursday at her home, 1015 McDonough St.
  A funeral service will be held at 4 pm Saturday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home. 
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
  Surviving are her husband, six daughters, Mrs. Margaret Woolls, Mrs. Carrie Estes, 
Miss Ruth Thompson, Mrs. Ethel Brown, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones and Mrs. Lillie Doggett; 
three sons, Daniel, Lewis and Ollie Thompson; a brother, Thomas Davis; 21 grand-
children and a great-grandchild.

Contributor’s notes: Mary Jane Davis was born March 22, 1884 and married Thomas 
Washington Thompson of Nelson County on September 16, 1900.
