Obituary: Elvira (Morris) Thompson

  Mrs. Elvira Thompson (Morris), 76, died this morning at her home at Rose Hill 
farm, Fairfax county, three miles south of here on Telegraph Road.  She was the 
widow of Samuel Thompson, and is survived by several children.  Her funeral will 
take place at 12:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Annandale.

Contributor notes:  Elvira Behetherland Morris was the daughter of Henry Morris 
and Frances Puckett.  She was born November 25, 1850 in Nelson Co., VA. and died 
March 19, 1927 at her home in Fairfax Co., VA. Her mother, Elvira, had many 
nicknames (Elvirie, Heathy and Puss) and there have been several different 
spellings of Behetherland.
