Viola Snead Tyree, 82, of Schuyler, (Nelson County), died Friday, May 21, 
2004. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Tyree Jr.; a sister, Elizabeth 
Tyree; a brother, Herman Snead; and a grand-daughter, Pamela Hope. 
Survivors include her son, Roy E. Tyree and his wife, Joyce; and a sister, 
Mary L. Tyree, all of Schuyler; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 
and several nieces and nephews. 
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2004, at Thacker 
Brothers Funeral Home, Scottsville. 
Interment will follow at Alberene Cemetery, Alberene. 
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 2004, at the 
funeral home.
