We the undersigned Court having first duly sworn according to law have examined, stated and settled the foregoing account and find all the items of debits and credits to be just stated satisfactory vouchers of debits having been produced to us. The balance against the Administrator is $104.32. We have not charged him with interest because of the smallness of the balance and because of the suit of Stephens against him which made it necessary to keep the funds in readiness which is still pending in Amherst Superior Court. Given under our hands this day of 17th July 1839. James Miller Edmund F. Coffey At a Court held for Nelson County, 22nd day of July 1839. This Settlement of the surviving Administrator George G. Wright's account with the estate of his Intestate was this day presented in said Court and ordered to lie over until the next Term thereof for any exceptions that might be taken thereto. And at another day to wit: At a Court held for Nelson County on the 26th day of August 1839. This Settlement of said Administrator's account was allowed having been examined and thereupon was ordered to be recorded.
