It is agreed that Alexander Roberts, Edward Thomas, Tarlton Woodson, Terisha Turner, William Faber and Terisha Bailey, or any three of them, having been first sworn before a Justice of the Peace of this County, do appaise in current money, the slaves and personal estate of the said Dunmore Damron deceased, and that they return an inventory thereof to this court.
