Turner, Thomas Lobban, William W. Mays, Hugh Foster, Moses H. Fitzpatrick, Charles Rodes, and Robert C. Davis are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in the just and full sum of twenty thousand dollars to the payment whereof well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and each of us, and each of our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 22nd day of December 1836. The Condition of the above obligation is that if the above bound William H. Turner and Thomas Lobban who have this day qualified as Executors of the last will and testament of Nicholas Dettor, deceased, shall faithfully discharge the duties of their trust, then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
